Committed to Familes with Special Needs

Clarkstown SEPTA (Special Education PTA) is a district wide PTA within the Clarkstown Central School District in Rockland County, New York. We strive to bring parents, teachers and administrators together to inform, support and advocate for the unique and special needs of our students.
SEPTA is dedicated to the students whose needs and requirements are outside the general education domain.

Student Scholarships for graduating seniors with special needs
Grants to Special Educators
Recognition & Awards for Teachers, Retirees and Volunteers

EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, SPEAKERS & ACTIVITIES

Topics include ADHD, Challenging Behaviors, Advocacy, Estate Planning, & Fun

SEPTA holds educational workshops through out the year on topics that affect special needs students and their families. We also work with the CCSD to provide updates on special education services and programming.
